The Kentones' Supporters Club was inaugurated in February 1996 by a small group of enthusiastic friends and family of Chorus members. Currently the Supporters' Club has 45 members.

The aims and objectives

1. We support and encourage the Kentones with their endeavours, both in competitions and 'sing-outs'.
2. We organise social occasions at which Chorus members, friends and family can get together and enjoy each other's company.
3. We organise or help co-ordinate fund raising events to provide financial support for the Chorus.

We organise

Social and fundraising events such as 'Boules' Days, dances and Quiz nights in order to provide encouragement and financial support to the Kentones. In fact any idea to 'get together' AND make some money is embraced! Over £1000 has been donated each year to BBHC. We also organise tea and coffee at rehearsal night breaktimes. In fact we are happy to be involved with the Club at every opportunity!

Become a supporter

You become part of the whole family of Barbershop singers. If you would like to become part of that family, then get in touch with our membership secretary. For the small annual membership fee of £5, a membership card and badge will be sent to you, and you will receive free copies of the Chorus Newsletter, The Kentonian. Of course you will also enjoy cheaper tickets at most of our functions. What more could you want?
